Back to Class

This Week in Broadcasting...
* The class I'm most looking forward to this semester is Capstone -- focusing and discussing goals and working on my senior project. I'm excited that my Graphics class will help me produce a pretty snazzy senior project, and hopefully jazz up my blog, too! I'm also taking Media Management with Dr. B -- & I can't wait to read the Dale Carnegie book we've been assigned (I've already read exerpts & heard many good things about his class!)
* I adapted my hours at WKST to better fit my class schedule -- it's running very smootly before. I have a feeling this semester is going to be less stressful than last (well, @ least until the job search REALLY gets into swing).
* I'm still busy with broadcasting at
WKST & Froggy 95. Saturday news this weekend, & board op for the Steelers Game on both WKST & Froggy (simulcast) Sunday night.

Career Goals...
* After having some very newsy days this week, my love for radio news is revitalized -- and I see myself dabbling both in radio and tv news. But I also love all other aspects of radio -- and hope to also co-host a morning show someday!

Media-Related News...
* 33.5 million viewers tuned in to the
American Idol premiere this Tuesday night. I was one of them!
