More About This Week...
This Week in Broadcasting...
* My Froggy PD is reviewing my airchecks from this past week. I talked to Dr. B today about also giving me feedback on my on-air announcing for both Titan Radio and Froggy 95.
* We're USING SOUND AGAIN! Everything's all hooked up @ WKST & we've mastered most of the equipment. We're also using a future-file system that is already working well.
* I started putting together an excel file with job contact information for Radio News, Radio Announcing, and TV News. It's coming along well -- let's hope the applying process goes as smoothly.
* A man from New Castle (Bob) who came to redeem his symphony tickets that he won yesterday morning on the Ken Hlebovy Show told me he listens to me everyday! Hearing something like that is always exciting.
Other News...
* Another PNH concert tomorrow night with Ash & John Scott -- can't wait!
* I talked to Amy DalBon last night (Westminster Graduate who now works as a Master Control Operator @ WHIZ in Zanesville, OH -- see www.amydalbon.blogspot.com)... She hopes to drop in to see our "Broadcast Festival" and senior presentations at Westminster on April 25th! (By the way, good luck starting on your own next week, Amy! Miss u.)
