3rd Week of Classes
This Week in Broadcasting...
* Wow, I can't believe how quickly senior year is going by! Pat & I had another (great!) morning show Monday. I got a lot of positive feedback from off-campus listeners, which is always exciting! Our "FUN" Promo is still running on Titan Radio, & we're working on some new promos as well.
* WKST News Monday - Saturday
* Froggy 95 Sunday 6-8 ON-AIR! "Toadie Foster"!
Career Goals...
* So many people my age are already giving up on their ultimate goals and settling for any job they can find. I will NOT give up until I find a broadcast job that I love. I know right now I would be happy with any more air-time -- whether it be news or disc jockey.
* Talking to older, wiser college grads this weekend helped me realize that this is crunch time -- & major resume PERFECTION time. I can honestly say I've worked on my resume EVERYDAY, which I know will greatly benefit me when it really gets down to the wire (closer & closer to graduation).
* Amy DalBon (December Westminster grad & my former roommate) visited us this weekend. She seems so happy with her new job in Zanesville, Ohio. My little Master Control Operator, I'm so proud! :):) I love hearing about her experiences in the business -- and living on her own. I'm definitely ready to create new experiences of my own!
