If you're gonna be a broadcaster, do it right!

So Westminster is extremely expensive -- it's COMPLETELY worth it, especially if you're going to be a broadcaster. From talking with soon-to-be graduates (within the next year) and post-graduates from other schools, it reinforced what I'd known all along. Westminster is THE BEST when it comes to broadcasting!!

I met a broadcast intern that hasn't been on the air yet. He's a senior at Bowling Green!

I also met a post-graduate (like a YEAR ago) that still haven't found any broadcast-related jobs. Although she's not selling knives, haha, her job still does not relate.

Smart girls (like Laura K.) know how important it is to start out IN THE BIZ -- & move up. It's what we all have to do (unless we're incredibly lucky like Sonny Abatta!)

For my "BC Buddies" who don't have a bc job yet -- YOU WILL. Westminster & you are awesome -- I would write a reference for ANYONE in our bc capstone (& I'm not a fan of many people, so that should mean a lot! hehe) Good luck.

Rock on, Megan! I couldn't agree more.

At my NBC interview we had time to chat with the other interviewees before everything started. We went around and said where we went to school and the answers were Syracuse, Ithaca, George Washington, Fordham and Westminster. I was the only one who had to explain where their college was and it was a great feeling to have them all think of me as the underdog when secretly I was going to destroy them!

Hope you're having fun at WNCO!
